For 14 days you can return defective items for exchange, after 14 days you must deal with the Manufacturer, which I dont mind assisting in, as I deal directly with the manufacturer for sales. Item must be a factory defect and not error on installation. Please seek professional assistance on installation, as incorrect installation error will void your warrenty. All returns require a RMA#, any item returned without a RMA# will be refused and returned. Return policy is only for Exchange, shipping charges are on the buyer.
